Historical information

From a series of photographs taken by Ian Molyneux for the National Estate Survey of Subiaco in 1985.

The place has aesthetic significance as a good example of a Federation Queen Anne style residence in the central area of Subiaco. The house is rare for its stone construction and is a well executed and finely detailed example of its type.
