Dedicated to the past pioneers of the South-west of Western Australia particularly George Edward Egerton-Warburton 1819-1889 and to commemorate the centenary of St. Werburgh's Chapel, Mt. Barker, consecrated on 21st June by the right Reverend Matthew Blagdon Hale, First Anglican Bishop of Perth, Western Australia 1874-1974.
