Overview

A single piece of paper which is the Official program for the unveiling of the War Memorial in Katanning. The program has the Order of service, hymns and official guests. The program was printed in black ink on white paper and was folded into three.

Historical information

The War Memorial in Carew Street is the place where Katanning Anzaz Day is celebrated each year. The soldier figure on the memorial was once facing the town and this was turned around to face into the park. The brick paving was placed around the area in 1999 and this detracted from the originality of the site.
