VASE: WITH PINK ROSES AND FIGURE OF BOY
c. 1890Small vase in white bisque porcelain with handle on one side and the figure of a young boy in 18th century frock coat dress on the other. The upper edge is curved and scalloped while the vase itself has a circular hole near the upper edge. The vase is decorated with scroll work and some etched patterns while the front has a cascade of detailed tiny pink roses with green leaves. The whole article shows hand made craftsmanship of a high standard given to Miss Bannear by her aunt.
