Overview

A cream paper invoice from Katanning Stock & Trading Co., Ltd., to Rev M Reidy, the date on the invoice is 13th January 1919. The invoice has columns in which the description of goods can be written and the amount of the goods. There is a blue paper receipt which has the amount paid and that it was paid by cheque and a one penny red duty stamp, the receipt is stuck over the bottom of the invoice.

On the invoice underneath the business heading printed in blue ink is 'TIMBER & HARDWARE MERCHANTS. AUCTIONEERS, LAND & COMMISSION AGENTS. & C. STOCK SALES HELD MONTHLY PRIVATE SALES BY ARRANGEMENT Bank Rate of Interest will be Charged on all Accounts Outstanding'.

On the blue paper receipt the red duty stamp has a black swan in the middle.
