Letter from Filmer and Forbes
1945A letter from 'Filmer and Forbes' to 'Gare and Mouritz' regarding the purchase of land in Clive Street. (60 Clive Street). The letter details costs, a total purchase price of five hundred and twelve pounds for the land and brick and iron garage. Also included is a wagon shed for an additional thirty pounds on another lot. The land had been owned by John Squires.

Details
At the top of the letter in blue printing is "FILMER & FORBES LIMITED". In the top centre of the letter is a blue drawing of a stripper - harvester.
At the bottom of the letter is a pink receipt with black handwriting. On the pink receipt are two One Penny duty stamps.
The letter has a handwritten signature of "WJ Filmer" in black ink.
