A black and white copy of a photograph of the Kowald familes in 1918 at the home of Mr & Mrs Frederick Wilhelm Kowald at "The Grange" in Katanning. There are four rows of people, the men are predominantly in the back row, the middle row is of the women and in the centre are the parents, the next row is the older children and seated on the ground are the younger children.
