The house features a large front room at the right hand side with a rounded section with windows on three sides. A small, wooden sleep-out with louvred windows has been built on to the side at the left. A windmill can be seen behind the house and there are large trees and a palm in the back yard. At the end of the drive-way on the left is a small garage with a car parked in front. There is a timber and cyclone front fence with bushes forming a hedge.
