PHOTOGRAPH: ROSEBERY STREET, JOLIMONT - KITCHEN
1998Black and white image of a wider view of the kitchen of Tom Fricker's house on Rosebery Street, Jolimont, as seen in 1999.294.1. The white-tiled stove, oven and kitchen cupboard can be seen towards the back of the image, with a kitchen table at the forefront of the image in the centre. The table has a floral patterned vinyl table cloth. Atop of the kitchen are a number of items, including a roll of 'COMALCO ALFOIL', a box of Weet-Bix reading 'It's Weet-Bix's 70th Birthday!', a metal pot with handles, and a pair of glasses. The two pictures in the wooden frames that were previously on the mantlepiece in 1999.294.1 are now also on the kitchen table. There is a white wooden chair next to the kitchen table, and an armchair to the left of the image. The kitchen has a checkered tile floor.
The house was a originally a Whittaker's worker's kit house.
