1985Royal purple blue cloth with yellow and maroon patterns.This banner has large yellow printing at top 'Ron Congdon District Governor ' and underneath, on the left is the Lions International Logo. In the centre is a large map, in yellow of Western Australia. This has a drawing in maroon of the Subiaco Memorial ClockTower. Underneath in blue are the words 'Subiaco Municipality Proclaimed 1897'. Under this in maroon, in a ribbon effect are the words 'Communion - Brings - Success'. In large blue letters underneath is 'District 201 WI Western Australia 1985-1986. The banner has a wooden holder, with yellow plastic ends with a yellow cord. Along the bottom is a 250mm fringe.
