Overview

These two black and white aerial views, taken from an aeroplane at an angle, shows the course layout after clearing with some grass growth apparent on the fairways and greens. Of particularly note is the layout of holes 17 and 18, which at that point in time were a par 5 / par 3. Bush growth can be seen between the 17th green and the 18th, par 3 tee.

The first image is a scan of an actual photograph found in an album donated by Laurie and Dawn Johnston (Item 2022.343). This image has a slightly different angle of view compared to the second image.

The second image was found on the club's computer systems in 2021 but presumably this had also been scanned from a hardcopy photograph.

A further view is included in the Golden Anniversary Publication (Item 2020.64.1), this one taken from more overhead, rather than lower at an angle as it appears in these images.
