PHOTOGRAPH: HOUSE AT 102 SALISBURY STREET, SUBIACO

Image: A black and white photograph of the house Bill and Eileen lived in (surname not provided in Photographic Data Sheet).
Eileen rented the house while Bill was away on active service during World War II and Bill lived there on his return. The house has a gable and two brick chimneys are visible above its corrugated iron roof. The verandah has a bull-nosed corrugated iron roof as well as wooden trim. Some of its wooden arches are filled in with a wooden trellis for a creeper to grow against. A person is seated on the verandah. There is a wooden picket fence in front. Date of photograph: c. 1940-1946/7. Date of image: c. 1900.
