Overview

The book has a red cover and the title, author and publisher are printed in black. There is an image of two horses on their hind legs facing inwards towards a ship at the top. A border on the LH and RH side of the title and author. Eight owls above the publisher. The name "Brian Darch" has been handwritten above the title. The paper in the book is discoloured, some pages have folded corners and some have damage at the seams. Page 149 has a pointed tear in the middle of the page. Page 205 is missing the top RHS corner and has tears all around the edges. The book has no back cover. The spine has no cover. The binding string is exposed. The glue on the spine is cracking and missing near the ends.
