On the back of the postcard handwritten in pencil in the left hand column is "To Flo From Jim & Harry". Underneath this handwritten in black texta is "HARRY FILMER JAMES THOMAS LEE". In the right hand column handwritten in pencil is written "Tho time may pass & years may fly And every hope decay and die And every joyful dream may ? Yet thee I never can forget ?"
On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "KODAK" at the top and bottom and the words “AUSTRAL” on the sides. This square marks the position to put a stamp.
