Inscriptions and markings

Above the picture of the Flour Mill typed in faded brown ink is "ESTABLISHED 1880". To the right of the picture typed in brown ink is "F. & C. PIESSE," and in white lettering is "MERCHANTS AND MILLERS" and then in brown ink "KATANNING AND AT PERTH AND KALGOORLIE.".

Below the picture of the Flour Mill in brown ink is a circle and inside the circle is a black swan and around the edges is "TRADE MARK REGISTERED"

In the bottom left hand corner of the envelope in brown lettering is "Please return to above address if not delivered in 14 days".
