POSTCARD: MARY NEWMAN AND GIRLS

Overview

Front: Sepia photograph taken out of doors with a background of foliage. Mrs Newman is seated in a deck chair with a cushion at her back. She wears a long, straight, woollen skirt with buttons at the front and a high-necked, long-sleeved blouse and a belt at the waist. Eileen stands behind her with her right hand resting on the back of the chair. She wears a white blouse and long, straight, white skirt. Another woman stands directly behind the chair, likewise wearing a white blouse and skirt.
Reverse: Reverse of photograph may be used as postcard.
Beneath and to the left of POST CARD is written 'Write here for Inland Postage only' and to the right 'The Address to be written here'. Also on reverse, written in pencil, 'Mary, Eileen'.
