A picture featuring eight photographs of John Harold George Norrish who was known as Jack, outlining his military history and life. On the left hand side is a picture of a Jack in his World War Two uniform, the next picture is of a Jack as a young boy wearing his father's 10th Light Horse hat, the third picture is of John Harold George Norrish in civilian clothes, holding his grand daughters hand and walking down Murray Street Perth. The fourth picture is of a young Jack with his brothers Ray and Joe who are in their 10th Light Horse uniforms. The fifth picture is of Jack's father John William Norrish in his 10th Light Horse uniform. Next is a picture of Jack's war medals and his discharge certificate. The bottom of the picture has four men in army uniform, who are Jack's father's brothers. There is writing detailing Jack's military service.

Historical information

John Harold George Norrish lost his arm in a farming accident when he was 17 years of age. He was the only disabled serviceman to serve in the military force in World War Two.
