Historical information

Home information folder collected at the Mahala Estate Display Home Village Open Day on 9 July 2022. The display home was built by Status Residential a Western Australian based construction company that was started in the 1950s.
Mahala Estate was launched in 2020 and the Display Home Village opened in 2022. The estate is located between Armadale Road, Keane road and Anstey Road. The development is being built on what was formally agricultural land and is surrounded by a series of nature reserves. In 2022 the display home village was finished and a open day was held on 9 July where this promotional material was available. It is the latest in a number of residential developments occurring in the Western Park of the City of Armadale that is seeing agricultural land turned into new residential suburbs.
The estate is being build in partnership by Development WA and the LWP Group. Development WA is a State government agencies established to develop land for living and for jobs. It operates as a commercial enterprise and reports to the Minister for Lands and the Minister for Planning. It was created in 2019 by the merging of State Agencies LandCorp and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority. It is involved in numerous residential redevelopment and industrial projects across the state such as the Forrestdale Business Park West.
The LWP Group has created numerous residential developments across Western Australia
