Fawn cover with red stripes on cover, special notice written in blue inside cover by Fowler's Vacola Manufacturing Co. Ltd. On title page is statement 'copyright in : Australia, New Zealand & South Africa, nineteenth revised edition'. Four round award logos dated, 1869, 1924, 1925, 1921. 112p. B & W illust. and Colour illust. 'Copyright Caution inside back cover applies only to foodstuffs preserved in Fowlers Automatic Self-Sealing Vacuum Bottles and Jars and should not be used for any other type of jars. These instructions are for use only with Fowlers Vacuum Self-Sealing Bottles and Jars when used in Fowlers Vacola Sterilizer. They do not apply if Bottles re processed in any other type of container or sterilizer including a Pressure Cooker or Pressure Vessel of any type or in a Gas, Electric or any type of Stove, Copper, Wash Copper, or by any other improvised method, and if so used we disclaim any responsibility or liability for incidents caused thereby.'
