Humorous Postcard
c. 1918A coloured paste-board card which has on the front a maid corseting a large matron. Comments on the front of the postcard are written in English and French
The letter is addressed to 'Sid' and signed 'Norman' and indicates that there are four friends together.

Details
On the front of the postcard in blue typed lettering is "I'VE BEEN TAKEN IN BY A MAID!" and in French "Je suis comme mon poilu, je sers dans l'artillerid lourde."
On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "THIS SIDE FOR CORRESPONDENCE" and "THIS SIDE FOR ADDRESS" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "STAMP HERE".
The postcard is addressed to CQ.M.S. Hawkes S.W. 'A Coy 1st Aust Reserve Bn FRANCE"
