Overview

These By-Laws were approved following the Board of Management meeting on 25 June 2024.

Change records noted in other By-Law versions since October 2023 indicated amendments concerning By-Law Nos:

3.8 Time Sheets
5.10 Emergency Regulations
8.4 Future Infrastructure Fund
7.7 and 7.12 Board meeting hearings - clarifications
4.5, 4.10, 6.6 Removal of reference to the House and Social Committee now the constitutional changes approved at the AGM have been accepted by the relevant State Government department – clause 4.5, 4.10 & 6.6.
2.37.1 Introduction of Foundation Member, Special Purpose membership

The last change in that list provides addition recognition for the surviving foundation members by providing them full membership rights without the requirement to pay subscription fees.
