The source of the document is not known for sure, but a label on the rear suggests it was prepared by Dawn Johnston for MGGC Board member Trish Ditz in association with the 40th anniversary celebrations of the club.
Dawn was also the Treasurer over a few years, which was mentioned in the article.
Several components of the content also appear in another historical document prepared by Jess Spencer (Item 2021.25).
