c. 1953Small decorative plate with hand painted scene of University of WA with garden, buildings and two figures in the forefront. The plate has a straight sloping edge which then curves down to the centre.
Reverse: The reverse is scalloped dow to the foot which is glazed, andthen there are two gutters before a flat base. On the base in brown paint is 'PERTH. W.A. / UNIVERSITY / A. Karoif(?) / 1953'. There is only one firing stilt mark. There is no makers mark.
