Two General Meetings were held in 1970.
The proceedings for the Annual General Meeting on 5th March included:
- Management reports
- Election of Office Bearers and Councillors
- Motions to:
- Honour the founders by introducing a perpetual trophy with a 36 hole golf event each season
- Create categories for non-playing and country members
- Various general business
The Special General Meeting on 13th August agenda addressed:
- Constitutional change to alter the minimum alcohol service age to 18
- Various general business
The minutes have been scanned from the hardcopy book covering the period 1967 to 1985 (Item 2023.94).
