GENERAL MEETINGS 1970

Two General Meetings were held in 1970.

The proceedings for the Annual General Meeting on 5th March included:

• Management reports
• Election of Office Bearers and Councillors
• Motions to:
• Honour the founders by introducing a perpetual trophy with a 36 hole golf event each season
• Create categories for non-playing and country members
• Various general business

The Special General Meeting on 13th August agenda addressed:

• Constitutional change to alter the minimum alcohol service age to 18
• Various general business
