PHOTOGRAPH: MABEL BALDING
c. 1915Front: The black and white photograph features Mabel Balding posing outside a house (same location as P85.15 and P85.16). She is holding out her dress with her left hand. In her right hand she holds an evening purse and ribbon that is tied around her dress under the bust. Her right foot is extended in front in a dance position, and she is wearing ballet slippers. She is possibly wearing a party or fancy dress costume. There is an open window in the brick wall behind her at shoulder level and a flower pot to the right of the photo.
Reverse: Handwritten note: 'Mabel Balding'
