Built on half an acre on corner of what is now Stirling Highway, Corry Lynn Road and Brae Road which did not exist at this time. Striling Hwy was then known as the Perth-Fremantle Rd (the part passing through Claremont was known as Claremont Ave) while Corry Lyn Rd was a track leading to the Corry Lyn homestead. Camm family lived at Sunnyside in 1915-16.
