The Keystone View Company was a major distributor of stereographic images, and was located in Meadville, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
The company was started in Meadville, Pennsylvania by B L Singley ("Benneville Lloyd Singley"). He was born on December 8, 1864 in Union Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, in southeastern Pennsylvania.
From 1892 through to 1963, Keystone produced and distributed both educational and comic/sentimental stereoviews and stereoscopes.
Footnote: In 1905, Keystone was the world's largest stereographic company.

These cards were viewed through a stereoscope.
(A stereoscope is an optical device that creates a 3D illusion by presenting two slightly different 2D images (left-eye and right-eye views) to each eye, typically using lenses or mirrors, fusing them into a single, depth-filled scene)
