Hon Frederick Henry Piesse
c. 1911A coloured illuminated address for Hon. Frederick Henry Piesse CMG set in an elaborate wooden frame of Western Australian woods; jarrah, banksia, sheoak, jam and sandalwood. The illuminated address has eight circular black and white photographs from top left hand side: Old and new stores at Williams and Katanning, Katanning Mill, Narrogin Town Hall, Street Scene at Wagin, Mundaring Weir, Taking over of the Great Southern Railway by the Electors of the Williams and Katanning districts. Hand signatures of the Mayors and Chairmen of the various Roads Board.

Photo of Hon. FH Piesse at the top and 'Kobeelya' with guests and vineyards and orchards."
There is a metal inscription plate on the wooden frame at the bottom and reads "Presented for safe keeping to Katanning Road Board/" underneath is "by Harold V Piesse MLC" and on the last line is "on the death of his mother, widow of the" and then "late Hon. FH Piesse CMG on the 04/04/1936."
