c. 1925Two long tapered wooden blades with rounded tips that are hinged at one end.
The tool was used to spread the fingers of leather gloves so that it was easier to get the gloves on.

On one side of one of the blades etched in black ink is "PENBERTHY'S Ltd" and underneath is "OXFORD-STREET, W."
