The 9.2" MK XV gun on MK IX mounting differed considerably from the MK X version used at Oliver Hill. It had a larger elevation (40degrees) at a range of 36,700 yards as comapred to 35 degrees and 31,400 yards. The gun had a chain rammer. Planned for Scriven Battery, Garden Island
