Overview

Oak chair; high back.
Front legs end in roundish feet that face out, back legs squared off.
All legs joined at top.
Back of seat has two uprights to match back legs, centre piece upright is plank shaped almost in an urn profile.
Top of back seat is slightly cured at top, rounded at the top corners down to outer uprights, then curved back convexly to the central support.
Base has seat buttock shaped.
Underside shows marks of chair having been originally painted in a yellow or light green (possibly both) colour.
There have been two modern screws placed into the back of the base.
