Statement of significance

Opening of local history museum in last remaining original Municipal buildingin Subiaco (built 1911) NB: Consultant Annette Green questions the 1911 date and says, in her heritage assessment, that the building was more likely built in 1923 as the electricity sub-station - not converted.
