About organisation
The Bridgetown Historical Society has an extensive collection of photographs and ephemera relating to Bridgetown and its surrounds. BHS also manages and curates the Bridgetown Police Station Museum, which tells the story of policing in Bridgetown and displays local objects and artefacts of interest to both our local community and visitors to town. We warmly welcome tour groups, school and community groups as well as tourists to visit our Museum - please see our website for opening hours and contact details for visits by appointment.
