Black and white studio portrait shows four rows of seated boys in football jumpers, white shorts, dark socks and boots. Also includes four masters, one at each end of middle two rows. Boy in centre of the second row is the Captain (E. Dalziell), who holds a ball with 'Thomas St. School, Premiers 1927' painted on it in white letters.

Left: On left hand side is printed 'Matches played - 10, Won 9, Lost 1'.
Right: Right hand side 'Scores for - 77 goals, 86 bhds; against - 21 goals 32 bhds'
