Handmade Mouse Trap - metal
A wired cage and funnel, with a flat removeable metal base. The base has clips to hold the cage in place. Once rodent is caught, it can be released with removing the clips from the cage.
This handmade non-lethal live trap uses a containment method, often featuring a chamber with a one-way entry. The mouse (or small rodent) enters the chamber (funnel) through the top, attracted by bait inside. The structure allows the mouse to crawl inside, but is unable to return, as the hole is narrower at the bottom, trapping the animal unharmed. These traps are designed to allow for subsequent humane release away from the structure.
