Jubilee Committee Recommendation Letter
1939A letter addressed to any shopkeeper in Katanning endorsing the bearer to collect goods from them up to the value of twenty pounds.
The shopkeeper can then present this letter to the Katanning Jubilee Committee for payment of goods delivered.

Details
At the top of the letter in the left hand corner in blue typed lettering is "1889-1939" and underneath are two diagonal lines, one red, the other blue. The letterhead is in blue and the first letter of each word is in red, "Katanning Jubilee Week Celebrations" and underneath in red typed lettering is "(29th April to 6th May inclusive)".
Underneath the letter head in on the left hand side of the letter in blue italic lettering is "J.F. Wanke, Chairperson" and underneath is "H.W. Baker, Secretary". On the right hand side of the letter in blue italic lettering is "P.O. Box 131, Katanning".
The letter is hand signed by the secretary of the Jubilee Committee "Herzel Wm. Baker"
