Blurton was the winner Queen’s & Grand Aggregate 1955, winner of the Grand Aggregate King’s 1936
As the Emergency, Blurton filled a place in 1928 National Team when D McDonald withdrew.
Won a place in the National Team’s tour to Bisley in 1937 but withdrew for “business reasons”.
Lost King’s in 1922 on a shoot-off
