Believe this property to be 106 Denis Street, corner of Barker Road; now comprises extended Totterdell Terraces.

Location determined by using streetview to find cupola visible in original photograph of neighbouring house. Also, the neighbouring house (Totterdell Hall) is facing into Barker Road, so demolished building must have been on the corner of Denis and Barker.
