There is a wooden framework at the rear of the building where cladding has been removed. In the background there is a white two storey building with three chimneys and a small stained glass window. There is a four sided cupola on the roof.

Location determined by using streetview to find cupola visible in original photograph of neighbouring house. Also, the neighbouring house (Totterdell Hall) is facing into Barker Road, so demolished building must have been on the corner of Denis and Barker.
