ENVELOPE, CONTAINED TESTIMONIAL FROM HEADS OF LABOURING FAMILIES ST KITTS TO ARCHIBALD PAULL BURT

Envelope that contained the address (testimonial letter) dated 6 June 1860 from the heads of families of the labouring population St Kitts to Archibald Paull Burt (2022.30a,b).
Blue paper envelope with woven white textile inner lining, address written in black ink. Tear to base of paper at open end but textile inner intact.
On the front of the envelope in handwritten text is AP Burt's name and title and written sideways on the left side is "Address of the labouring population of St Kitts - presented the 6th June 1860."
