Mr. Justice Pidgeon was appointed to the Supreme Court of WA in 1982 so it is likely his associate worked in an office at the Supreme Court, Stirling Gardens, Western Australia location. Also the design and material of the nameplate are similar to those currently (in 2025) in use.
Associates are employed as part of the chambers staff of a particular judge. They may provide legal research, in-court duties and other support for that judge.
