At the top of the letter in blue typed lettering is "Wake's Garage" and underneath is "Motor, Agricultural and General Engineers, Oxy-Welders and Turners" and the address underneath is "Richardson Street to Taylor Street, KATANNING".

At the bottom of the letter is the hand signature of "M.S. Wanke".
