Personal letter "to Mother" from EWH Brown regarding enlistment and training for war

Historical information

This letter was written by Henry Brown to his mother during World War I. He discusses his war training. He also discusses his daughter Ivy Brown. Henry's wife Pearl Ivy (nee Johnson) died shortly after child birth. Henry then proceed to marry Pearl's sister to provide a mother figure for his daughter before going away to war. Henry was killed during the war.
