The Lodge opened 11th of August 1898. The consecration officer was District Grand Chaplain War Brother Bishop Riley.. The foundation members were; K.W. Adam, J.C. Cook, M.M. 1454., W. Maley, P. Furguson, M.M. 1454., H.S. Ranford, F.T.F. Crosby, M.M.1454., A. Lawrence, H.W. Lilley, W.J. Nicholls, J.S. Foulkes, W.J. Rogers, W. M. 1454.
