Overview

Large coloured photo mounted on foam board of a single residence. The house is of tuck-pointed brick with iron roof andd grey trim. There is a bullnosed verandah on the right side of the house with simple wooden frieze. The gable facing the front is of pressed tin painted cream with grey trim. The front window is arched and has an iron grill. The front door has a leadlight window in the top half/two thirds. There is a low wooden and wire fence at the front with hedging either side. There is a brick path leading to the front door. Two Qld box trees are on the verge. There is a crossover on the RH side of the property leading to a shade-cloth covered carport.

Photos taken for purpose of lodging objection to development of 77 Park Street not in keeping with streetscape and building codes.
