PENNANT - WOMEN - WALGU B GRADE 1971

The Womens WA Ladies Golf Union B Grade 1971 pennant winning team.

This is the first team, men or women, to win a pennant for MGGC.

The image was scanned from a photograph album of all pennant teams from the years 1971 to 1986 (refer to item 2022.84).

A label beneath the photograph had the following caption:

At the time of registration (2022) Dana Shave (nee Morgan) was still a club member.

Refer to Item 2022.24 which shows the shield for this pennant win. The shield does not include S Kimber so it is assumed she was a reserve.
