Acts of Parliament passed in the Sixty-Third Year of the Reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria during the Fourth Session of the Third Parliament of Western Australia 21st June to 16th December 1899. 490 pages + 30 pages at back, contents pages, index, illustrated Coat of Arms (British) at head of each section. On page 483 is written in pencil ' Dear Sir, Several have voted that aborigines should be more civilized, but we the Majority voted that aborigines should be left as they stand L.S.B. Lynne Be sic. ' Book markers between many pages refer to Albany.
