Tan hard cover with cream lettering. 211 pages, map, pages 73-80 photographs of Pater & Yallepole at King George Sound, Oct. 1826, from a sketch, Mokare from a sketch, memorial in Mokare Park Albany, Wylie is greeted by friends and relations on his return to Albany after epic crossing of southern Australia as a guide with Edward John Eyre sketch, Albany 1842 sketch, Aboriginal camp at Forest Hill about 1900, Tommy Windich and Tommy Peiree guides to explorers John and Alexander Forrest, and Bessie Flower photo taken at Albany, and Mrs Cameron (nee Bessie Flower) with her husband Donald photo taken in Victoria possibly 1870's. Inserted in between pages is an invitation of the launch of this book from The Department of Aboriginal and Intercultural Studies, Mt. Lawley Campus of W.A.C.A.E., on Wednesday, 9 May 1990 at 10.00am in the Eclipse Building, Residency Museum, Albany. 'This book has signatures of Mrs Margaret Williams and Bev Port Louis W.A.C.A.E. 9/5/90'.
