Envelope addressed to Mrs J.C. Warren
1918A brown envelope that is addressed to Mrs J C Warren. In the top left hand corner is a black rising sun symbol with a crown in the centre with a ribbon scroll and underneath is another scroll. In the top right hand corner is a circular stamp. In the bottom left hand corner is a red rectangular stamp. The writing on the envelope is in pencil.

Details
In the rising sun symbol, in the ribbon scroll in black lettering is "AUSTRALIAN", and underneath in the second scroll in black lettering is "Y.M.C.A.".
In the stamp at the top right corner, around the inner edge in black lettering is "ARMY POST OFFICE S W 3", in the inner circle in black lettering is "A FE 18 18".
The address of the letter is handwritten in pencil and reads in rows "Mrs J C Warren", "Dyliabing", "Katanning", "Western Austtralia"
In the red stamp is "OENS ? No 4491".
