Valuable source of information on how the NRA of WA operated following the third (1910) restructure of the Association. The first structure (1901 to 1905) and second (1906 to 1910) failed to deliver the leadership and management required for a rapidly growing sport. The third structure (1910) has seen modifications but in 2023 is still recognisably what was intended in 1910. The period covered by this minute book provides insights into the growth of the sport and the lead up to WW1.
